A Complex Challenge: High Contamination and Critical Geometries

The customer’s manufacturing process generated significant amounts of machining residues, both inside and outside the tubes.
Internal geometries and sensitive surface finishes introduced two additional challenges, making it harder for the cleaning fluid to penetrate—especially into the core of bundled tubes.
On top of this, the overall size and weight of the materials required flawless and repeatable handling: a bundle could reach 3,000 kg and 12 meters in length.

To process the substantial amount of contaminants, the system integrates four high-efficiency distillers, providing a total solvent regeneration capacity of approximately 3,500 liters/hour.

Thanks to the design of the washing chamber, optimized flow management, and precise control of all process parameters, the system achieves:

deep cleaning of the internal surfaces
effective removal of external contaminants
uniform results even at the center of the bundle, traditionally the most challenging area

The complete wash-and-dry cycle starts from 30 minutes, delivering high productivity without compromising quality.

Manual handling of such large bundles would be impractical.
