The project was developed in close collaboration with a leading U.S. manufacturer and distributor of copper pipes for plumbing, HVAC, construction, and industrial applications.
Operating on a large scale, this customer requires extremely high quality standards, fully aligned with North American regulations and market expectations.
The main requirement was to achieve flawless internal and external cleaning, consistent over time and fully controlled, even on very long pipes.

Project Objective

The system was engineered to ensure the complete removal of:

lubricating oils and greases
dust and fine particles
metal chips

from copper, steel, and other alloy pipes, while also guaranteeing fast and total drying before subsequent processing or packaging stages.

Dedicated certifications for the U.S. market, a key requirement for installation and operation in the United States
